SHIPPING & RETURNS
Shipping Policy
All orders are processed and handeled within 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. Order processing times are seperate and additional from the shipping times you see at checkout. If there are potential delays due to a high volume of orders or postal service problems outside of our control, you will be notified. Otherwise, you will receive a notification when your order has shipped.

Local Pickup
You can skip the shipping fees with free local pickup. After placing your order and selecting local pickup at checkout, your order will be prepared and ready for pick up within 1 to 5 business days. We will send you an email when your order is ready. Once the order is ready, reply to customerservice@eazedapparel.com with your order #, name, and a date and time that works for you. We will reply to arrange your pickup slot.

How To Check Status of Order:
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
If you haven’t received your order within 10 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at customerservice@eazed.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.

Return & Exchange Policy
Thank you for shopping with us. We hope you are happy with your purchase. However, if you are not completely satisfied for any reason, you may return it to us for a refund or an exchange.

Returns
All returns must be postmarked within 30 days of the purchase date. All returned items must be in new and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached.

Return Process
To return an item, please fill out the return form below. You will then receive an email from customerservice@eazedapparel.com to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. After receiving a RMA number, place the item securely in its original packaging and include your proof of purchase with the return form provided, and mail your return to the following address:

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are nonrefundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. We strongly recommend that you use a trackable method to mail your return.

Refunds
After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return or exchange. You will be refunded for the original price of the item. Please allow at least 3-7 business days from the receipt of your item to process your return or exchange. Refunds may take 1-2 billing cycles to appear on your credit card statement, depending on your credit card company. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.

Exchanges
For an exchange, the return process remains the same. On the return form, fill out the new order request section. Make sure item (color and size) is IN STOCK. Once you submit, we will send a RMA #, check the status of your return, refund the original order, then place your new order. You are responsible for all shipping costs.

A $10 restocking fee will be charged for all returns in excess of $200.

Shipping and tax charges are not included in the refund.

Sale items are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned.

Purchases made with a coupon code will be refunded for that price, and charged for regular price for an exchange.
